The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission (UKPSC) has released the UKPSC Civil Judge 2024 notification for the Uttarakhand Judicial Service Civil Judge Exam- 2024. To apply for the UKPSC Civil Judge Exam 2024, candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from any recognized university in India. Candidates belonging to the general, OBC, and EWS category are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 172.30/-, while candidates belonging to SC/ST category need to pay Rs. 82.30/-, and PH (Divyang) candidates are required to pay Rs. 22.30/-. The payment of the exam fee can be made through debit card, credit card, net banking, or any other mode of payment.

The duration of each paper is three hours, and the maximum marks for each paper are 200. Candidates who qualify for the main examination will be called for the viva-voce/interview.
The viva-voce/interview is conducted to assess the candidate’s personality, knowledge of law, and communication skills. The maximum marks for the viva-voce/interview are 100.
Selected candidates will undergo training for a period of one year, after which they will be posted as Civil Judges in various districts of Uttarakhand.
The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
