Piyush Goyal Railway Minister of India
Minister of the railway is for the ministry of railways which is commonly known as Railway Minister. The Railway Minister is a person who is responsible for Indian railways and has cabinet rank. The important role of the Railway Minister is to present the Railway budget and to implement the changes in railway structure and in developing areas in Indian railways. The railway budget is always get presented at the time of the Annual Financial Statement of Indian Railways. Piyush Goyal is the present Railway Minister of the Ministry of Railway. Piyush Goyal belongs to Bhartiya Janata Party and servicing as Railway Minister from 3rd September 2017. He is also a member of parliament for Rajya Sabha from Maharashtra state.

He was born in Bombay which is currently known as Mumbai. Where his mother was the three-time elected Member of Legislative Assembly from the BHARTIYA Janta Party from Maharashtra state and his father also served as Union Minister of Shipping under the leadership of Atal Bihari Vajpayee from 2001 to 2003. With that, his father also served as the National Treasurer of the BJP for over two decades. Piyush Goyal was always a bright kid who scored the second rank in his All India Level CA rank and 2nd rank in law in Mumbai university. He began his career first as an investment banker where he served as a board of India’s largest commercial banks such as the State Bank of India from the year 2001-2004 and in Bank of Baroda from the year 2002-2004 as a Government nominee.

He was a member of the standing committee of finance and the constitutive committee for the Ministry of Defence. He started his political career at the age of 35 where he served as the National Executive and as national treasurer for the BJP party. After which he got nominated for a task force of interlinking of the river under the government of India. He participated in the elections as in charge from 1991 to 2004 after which he became an elected candidate of Rajya Sabha in 2010 from Maharashtra state for the BJP party.

He becomes minister of Railways on 2023 where he took charge of Suresh Prabhu who was the last RAILWAY Minister of India. He has done so many reforms in Indian Railways where he announced a railway zone for Andra Pradesh on 2023 which is commonly known as South Coast Railways. This zone has headquarters in Visakhapatnam according to the Andra Pradesh government act of 2014. He is presently 55 years old and married to a social worker or activist named Seema Goyal. Piyush Goyal also has two kids one son and one daughter who are graduated from the University of Hardware.
