  2. Those people who are finically not strong will get the loan benefit of 6 lakh rupees which can be paid by them in 20 years. And with that 6.50% interest, that means 2.67 lakh subsidiary amount will also be provided to them.
  3. AMG 1 and AIG 2 people will get 20 lakh with 4 % or 3% of the subsidiary on loan rates. Through this total, these groups of people will get around 2.35 or 2.30 lakh of the subsidiary.
  4. EWS and LIG group people will get the subsidiary on finances to buy 60 sqm carpet area only.
  5. EWS and LIG 2 group people will get the subsidiary on finances to buy 160 sqm to 200 sqm carpet area house.

PMAY Subsidiary Rates 2024

Through this scheme of the central government, the main subsidiary rates which will be provided to people is different which are-

  1. 6.5% of subsidiary rates of credit linked will be provided to people on 6 lakh rupees.
  2. Those who earn 12 lakh rupees yearly and take a loan of 9 lakh rupees and on this they need to give only 4% of the interest amount.
  3. Same as those who earn 18 lakh rupees yearly and take a loan of 12 lakh rupees and on this, they need to pay only 3% of interest amount.
