Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana 2024 Main Motive

The main motives of this PMAY-G scheme are as follows-

1. The main motive of the PMAY-G scheme is to provide a home to all by 2024 and for that, it’s running in its third phase now. The first two phases of this scheme were from 2016-17 an from 2018 to 19. Now the third phase is going from 2024. During this time all those who wish to have a pucca house will get there own house.
2. Through this scheme, the government will make sure to provide a house of 20 meters and 25 square feet to the holders. Just not that now the price of subsidy rate loan also got increased by the government from 70000 rs to 120000 rs now.
3. In these houses, the government will make sure to provide the facility of toilets, water, electricity, and LPG connection for the betterment of the society.
4. If anyone does not have toilet facility at there homes so they can also apply under this scheme to get the benefit of toilets under this PMAY scheme.

This PMAY-G scheme requires some main and memory documents of the candidates which are-

1. Aadhaar card issued by the government of India.
2. Village survey servent photocopy
3. Certification of land by patwari
4. Income certificate of the candidate
5. House certification
6. Bank copy or passbook details
7. Certification of vehicles such as Two vehicles or 4 circulars.
8. Certification of KCC In society.

How To Apply Online for fill IAY or PMAY Online Application Form 2024

To apply under this scheme of government candidates need to visit the block office as this can be done online offline. After reaching there they will get the form from the block in which they need to fill their details carefully without making any mistakes in the form. After which they need to submit the form with the photocopy of all the mandatory documents to finish this process. After this process candidates need to wait for the selection list which can be checked by applicants online.

To check this selected list they need to follow some simple steps which are-

1. First, candidates need to make sure to visit the official website of this scheme which is https://awaassoft.nic.in/ or www.iay.nic.in or www.pmayg.nic.in.
2. After reaching the home page of the website candidate need to click on the Awwasoft or menu report button on the screen.
3. After clicking on the report they will get a new form in front of them in which they can see a lot of operations.
4. In this, they will be able to check the list of the candidate’s name according to the yearly basis and block basis where they can check there name in the list with following there state, strict, village, or block name.
5. After doing that they need to click on the submit button to see if their name is there in the list or not.
