- After reaching the website candidate needs to click on the three parallel lines shown on the screen.
- After clicking on it they will get a pop-up that will ask them to download the form.
- After this process candidate needs to select the language of the process of the registration form from Hindi or English.
- After which they can simply select the Ujwala KYC form in Hindi or English both the language.
- After selecting the language candidate needs to take the printout of this form and need to fill this form without making any mistakes in the form.
- With filling out the form candidates also need to attach a photocopy of the required documents in the form.
