Age Criteria
In this recruitment process candidates need to fit in the eligibility criteria too before making the application process otherwise Indian Airforce has very strict rules and guidelines and if one is not getting fit in them, they won’t be able to make the process further. So fitting in the eligibility criteria is very much important in this recruitment process before making the application process. The eligibility criteria for this recruitment process are –
- Age limit for the Flying batch – is between 20 to 24 years.
- Age limit for the ground staff duty – is 20-26 years.
- Age limit for the NCC entry candidates – is 20-24 years.
Educational Qualifications
The educational qualification eligibility criteria are different for all the posts in this recruitment process which are-
For the AFCAT Entry of Flying –
- Candidates need to have a graduation degree with maths, and physics in their 10+2 from any university or board registered under the government of India.
For Ground Duty Technical –
- For Aeronautical Engineering Electronics candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Math in their 10+2 with 60% of marks in their graduation from any registered board or university.
- For Aeronautical Engineering Mechanical candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Physics and Math in their 10+2 with 60% of marks in their Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, and Aeronautical Engineering from any registered board or university.
For the Administration and Logistics entry –
- The candidate must have a graduation degree with 60% of marks from any board registered under the government of India.
- The candidate must have physical eligibility to work very actively.
- For male applicants, the height should be 157.5 CMS and for females, it should be 152 CM.
For the Accounts –
- Candidate must have a graduation degree in Commerce B.Com with 60% of marks from any board registered under the government of India.
- The candidate must have physical eligibility to work very actively.
- For male applicants, the height should be 157.5 CMS and for females, it should be 152 CM.
For NCC Special Entry –
- The candidate must have the NCC Air Wing Senior Division C certificate and other details of NCC as per the flying branch of the Air Force.

- Candidates Pay the Examination Form Fee Through Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, E Challan.
